Fun community class
The programming of CrossFit is based on gymnastics, weightlifting and mono-structural movements. You will become stronger in all of these areas therefore making your potential to move your own body weight or external objects that much greater.
Age is only a number
We believe CrossFit is for any age. This class is geared towards those 50 and up. Join us Mon/Wed/Fri @ 10 am. In this friendly, non-intimidating class and let us help you on your journey toward better health!

Weight Lifting Class
INCLUDED WITH UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP
All levels welcome
Dedicated class time to working on your lifts. The class will work on building strengths through progressions and lifts.
Intro Course $50
5 -60minute sessions:
2 Tuesday @ 6PM
2 Thursday @ 6PM
1 Saturday @ 10AM
In this course you will learn the basic movements that you will see day to day in a class setting.
