A. Power cleans (add 5-10 lbs from 2/18)
B. With a running clock:
12 min- run one mile and with the remaining time complete max effort reps front squats (135/95)
8 min-run 800m and with the remaining time complete-Amrap 30 double unders and 15 abmat sit-ups
4 min-run 400m and with the remaining time complete- max effort lateral Burpees over your bar
Reminder–this Saturday kicks off week one of the 2015 CrossFit Opens. Heat one will begin at 11am every Saturday for the next five weeks. There will be no 11am class held for the next five weeks. 10 am will resume as usual.
