Complete the following on alternating minutes for 12 minutes:
Sprint 1/2 Gasser
2 pood Russian KB Swings – 15 reps
On the first minute complete the sprint the 1/2 gasser, on the second minute perform 15 kettlebell swings, on the third minute sprint the 1/2 gasser, the fourth minute execute the 15 swings and so on for 12 minutes.
