50’ lunge with twist OH w/ PVC finish with 10
Passthroughs
50’ Banded side shuffle end with 10 Cossack squats
Banded ankle mobility 30 sec. each side
B) Back Squats
10 w/empty or 50%
8 at 60%
6 at 70%
4 at 80%
2 at 85%
C) Tabata:
Bike
Pull ups
Push ups
One minute rest between movements
