In three minutes run 400m and complete 15-20 burpees. On the three minute mark, start your next round. Goal is 20 Burpees. 15 is the minimum.

*This is our last week for these lifts (part a) before we start a new lifting cycle with new lifts!

*I will be back on Monday, August 3rd and I can’t wait to see all of you and get back to coaching!
