A. Back squat 3×5 (add 5-10 lbs from last weeks number)
B. 3 x 10 Broad Jumps

Work to tie each jump together for a continuous set of 10 jumps. Work to jump for distance.

Amrap 10 minutes:

Ring rows  – 10 reps
Push Ups – 10 reps
