–This week our skill/focus will be the air squat! Everyone could use more practice on perfecting this movement. Although it seems simple to do, it is actually pretty technical! Many limiting factors can come into play on whether or not you are successful at this movement: lack of mobility, length of trunk and limbs or previous injury/surgery. With that said, this week we will be adding drills to be more successful and help us become better movers!!! Have a wonderful week CFMH!!
