Person 1 does 50 wall balls
Then
Person 2 does 50 wallballs
Then person 3 does 50 wallballs.
Then person one does 40. Ect.

Complete all reps on wallballs before moving on to row. Keep track of every set of numbers for each set. The teams will need some thing to count time with. Phone, stop watch…
